I think for the first parade in many years, it was great fun. The tradition should continue, and I think students will become more involved over time now that they can actually see what the end result could be like. Having talked with the students, they feel it would be important to have students from the other co-op schools on the floats as well. Making this a community effort is important for all schools.
The Parade was great!!! It was alot of Fun!!! But now onto the future...Halloween. Do you think that maybe we, the students, could dress up? Obviously nothing inapropriate or against dress code. It would be alot of fun && we could maybe even hold a costume contest. What do you think?
I think the parade was great for our first year. The participants and spectators all had fun and enjoyed it. It would have been nice to have Washburn and Henry involved. It is a lot of work putting some of these things together but the rewards make up fo it.
although i wasn't able to go to the parade or the bonfire due to our volleyball game, i heard it was a lot of fun. but i think we should have had more time to work on our floats. we also should have had it more organized, most of the freshmen had no clue what they were doing. but it was still a lot of fun!
i think it being our first year it was really good. the turnout was amazing. we had a lot of student involvement and the floats were very creative. next year we'll be more prepared.
